December 22, 2009 – I was awarded a 2010 Young Artist Project grant from the DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities to publish a book from the MidNights series.

December 1, 2009 – As I wrap up the semester, I have recently completed a new project, Dilated, which continues to examine the various ways in which we “see” space.  Also, That Which Is Remaining (In This Moment) was mentioned and linked to on Another Bouncing Ball.  Many thanks to Regina Hackett!

August 9, 2009 – I have spent the last 8 weeks in Portland, ME for the MFA Summer Intensive at Maine College of Art.  It’s been an amazing summer and I look forward to bringing my current projects back to the DC studio this fall.  I have edited the website to include the beginings of a new project, A Building In Which…, as well as an updated list of books, movies, and quotes that are contributing to my studio practice.

April 22, 2009 – Thanks to the generosity of Zoe & Heineman Myers Gallery, I will be hosting Open Space, an open studio event featuring 2 new works that explore space, at the gallery.  The gallery is located at 4728 Hampden Lane in Bethesda, MD.

April 6, 2009 – I’m excited to be participating in LottoHEART09, organized by Sondra Arkin, and benefiting CAMP Rehobeth.  I’ll be making two new 5″ x 7″ pieces specifically for this event.
